Warranty & Returns Policy
Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd will, from the date of purchase, replace or repair, at its discretion, any goods that are defective in materials or workmanship, with the following conditions:
If you are not satisfied with the product, we also offer a full refund, credit or exchange of the sunglasses under the following conditions:
If you wish to send back your sunglasses under warranty or request a credit / refund, please return the sunglasses and packaging together with the Attached Form:
- The warranty period is 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- The faulty product must be returned with a receipt.
- Every effort will be made by Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd to keep replacement sunglasses for a number of years, however Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace or repair any faulty sunglasses with a similar model, if necessary.
- Warranty does not apply for normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental breakage of the sunglasses.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we also offer a full refund, credit or exchange of the sunglasses under the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in original packaging and must be clean, unmarked and in a re-saleable condition.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days, with a copy of the original invoice and the returns form below.
